Good Morning,
I’ve read the Kriesi Mailchimp article to integrate Mailchimp, but I’m still facing a few obstacles on my website.
The problem is as follows:
When you subscribe with your name and Email, the confirmation of this appears on the website together with a green colour in that particular field (?)Next thing that happens is that after you’ve subscribed and the written confirmation turns up in green on the website it jumps to the top of the website, and then returns to the middle of the page at the exact spot where you can subscribe. The green written confirmation stays on the screen.
Another thing is that when you subscribe, you’ll receive 3 confirmations in your Mailbox instead of just one.
What on earth did I do wrong this time?

Thank you for using the theme.
The site redirects to a facebook page. When I tried to access the wp admin directly, an error has occured:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /var/www/qb102298/data/www/bijzonderkleijn.nl/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/functions.php on line 10

I’m not sure what went wrong. It is correct though that the website redirects to my FB page, while I’m still working on the new one. The integration with Mailchimp is the last step, then I can go live.
Regarding the problem mentioned there has been a change. The log in screen is now visible after subscribing, there is no green colour appearing. It is just the up and down jumping on the screen that is still there.
I tried to log in with the wp-admin address, and I don’t have a problem to access the website from there and select the page
Please consider to try it again?

I managed to get passed the CAPTCHA after a few tries but the login doesn’t work, could you check please?

Could it be that there is something wrong in your network? I checked 3 times and have no problem at all to log in, after I’ve passed the CAPTCHA I can reach the dashboard easily.

The only thing I can think of would be geographic ip blocking, could you check if your host is applying something like that or if you have a plugin doing something like that? Did you use the same login as the one you sent?

My host isn’t applying a geographic blocking, neither is there a plug-in causing this problem.
May I ask if it is possible to log in with another IP address (if you haven’t already). Otherwise I’ve set the security plug-in to inactive, so if everything is ok now, you should be able to log in.

I just downloaded the latest version which is called 3.2, not 3.3.2 as you’ve mentioned.
If there is a 3.3.2 version can you please send it to me separately, so I can download it to my website.

The automatic updates fail sometimes so you might have to do it manually, download the theme from your Themeforest account and then upload the theme via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

We never automatically update the theme, only manually :)

I was able to log in to the page and I don’t see anything wrong with the subscription process. It reloads the page because it doesn’t have any ajax script. You will then receive the confirmation message “Jouw aanmelding voor Rootz is bevestigd”. There’s a way that you can redirect it to another page, a “thank you” page perhaps but that’s something you can ask in the mailchimp support forum.
I registered my owm email and I only got one confirmation:
Bevestig aanmelding a.u.b. Klik hier om jouw aanmelding voor Rootz te bevestigen Als je deze email per ongeluk ontvangt, kun je hem gewoon verwijderen. Zolang je niet op de link hierboven klikt word je ook niet aangemeld. Neem voor vragen over deze lijst contact op met: (Email address hidden if logged out)

Just wanted to thank you for your support.
We added an additional ‘thank you’ page, which seems to work well. The website reload anymore.
