    I have Enfold installed, Updated to the latest version (today) and PHP Set to 128MB.

    When I’m using the Avia Layout Builder, some elements won’t save content that’s been copy and pasted from Microsoft Word. I have tried lots of different methods, using notepad for example but it still won’t work.

    This only tends to happen when I’m trying to copy around a page of content.

    Anything I could try? I really need a fix for this because I don’t fancy writing the content from scratch on wordpress! I assume this is either a HTML tag issue or Avia Layout Builder because it happens on other elements too. Also noticed random question marks appearing sometimes too!

    It’s even stopped saving text content now!

    It’s every page when you try and add a accordion and copy text from word, also question marks are appearing randomly between text or in spaces?

    I have put the website in debug mode. Still the same issue.

    Hi,

    I’m not sure what formatting Word would add to the text but could you please try to paste the text into a “stupid” text editor like notepad or textedit before you paste it into your page or post to see if that helps? I logged into your site but I’m not sure on what page/post your are having these problems?

    Enabling debug mode will let you see the shortcode, it’s not actually debugging what is wrong.
