    Now when I create a new page, it will end up in the side nav, but not the main nav. It used to do both automatically. Thoughts?

    Hi amucci!

    Are you using a WordPress menu in Dashboard > Appearance > Menu? If so then there is an option for automatically adding new pages to it when you edit the menu.
