When upgrading my dual-domain-website to Enfold 3.3.2 I cannot access the secondary (.com) language. The primary (.de) is working like a charm. I had to switch back to the previous which is Enfold 3.2.
Accessing the website via the secondary language leads to a complete empty page. No error in the logs, No debug output, Nothing.
Any ideas?

September 2, 2015 at 12:19 pm #497010Hey GeorgLudwig!
both websites are loading fine for me. Could you fix it?
Cheers!
AndySeptember 2, 2015 at 12:55 pm #497035Hi Andy,
of course I switched back as this site is in production. For the primary language (de) You may not see any problem – with the secondary (com) You simply see nothing. As stated in the opening no error is loggend and the html is completely empty.
I reproduced it with a second site with the same result.

September 2, 2015 at 1:29 pm #497063Hi!
I’m afraid you have to update the theme to the latest version because we can’t do anything unless we see the actual issue. Please update the theme to the latest version. After the the update, try to flush the Settings > Permalink options.
Cheers!
IsmaelSeptember 2, 2015 at 1:59 pm #497090Hi Ismael,
brought the site to 3.3.2 and flushed the permalinks. No effect. See on the .com site.
September 2, 2015 at 4:38 pm #497246Moved the installation to a test system. Please check there. Adresses in the private content.
September 4, 2015 at 9:26 am #498164Do You need access to the installation ?
September 6, 2015 at 3:22 am #498782Hi!
Thank you for creating the test site. Yes, we need to access the dashboard. Please post the login details in the private field. Have you tried flushing the Settings > Permalink options?
Cheers!
IsmaelSeptember 8, 2015 at 4:40 pm #499987Nothing new? Permalinks didn’t do the trick.

I can’t access your link in private content, because it says “Access forbidden”. Please check.
Best regards,
AndySeptember 10, 2015 at 1:46 pm #501022Sorry – I’m limiting access to wp-login.php in htaccess due to hacker attacks. I’ve commented out this line. Should work now.
September 11, 2015 at 1:48 pm #501620Hey!
not sure what’s happening on your .com page. Can we have admin access to it? I tried logging in using /wp-admin but it says it’s down.
Best regards,
AndySeptember 11, 2015 at 3:20 pm #501689Hi Andy,
this is one of the “funny” results of the enfold-upgrade. You have to enter via the .de-administration., Link is in the private section.September 14, 2015 at 3:27 pm #502812Hi!
as I said we need to enter your .com page. Let us know how we can access it and we take a look.
Best regards,
AndySeptember 14, 2015 at 3:59 pm #502865Dear Andy,
as I said – with the updated enfold You CANNOT enter via the .com site. This is only possible when downgrading again. BTW: the site is the same – WPML is configured with domains.

September 16, 2015 at 7:37 am #503831Hey!
can u disable the WPML from the ftp plugins folder and then try to login to .com site?
Best regards,
BasilisSeptember 16, 2015 at 8:46 am #503849Hi Basilis,
what do You mean? If I disable the plugins the .com works the same as the .de – which is obvious as there is no instance left to differentiate between the domain address used as both domains point to the same site. The only instance which differentiates between the domain used is WPML.Regards,
GeorgSeptember 16, 2015 at 3:06 pm #504161Hey!
Hmm, that is kind of odd. You said there is nothing in the error logs? Try creating a copy of the .htaccess file and then completely delete it before saving your permalinks again. Open it up in an FTP client to double check if WordPress actually changed it.
I would also try contacting WPML support about this. They may have a better idea of what’s going on. If it’s not a PHP error then it feels like htaccess issue or perhaps something server related.

September 16, 2015 at 3:15 pm #504176Hi Elliott,
tried this, but no effect. WP generates a new htaccess with the correct content, but still no access to the .com site. I’m going to contact WPML support.

ElliottSeptember 21, 2015 at 11:07 am #506334Problem solved by deactivaing, deleting and updating all of the WPML plugins. Although they have not been shown outdated I was running 3.1.9 before instead of 3.2.7…
