Header customization

Hello,

I am trying to add some custom text in the header of a site I built with Enfold (https://thecedaliusgroup.com/). The text needs to be in the main header area, to the right of the logo. Here is a mockup of how it should appear: http://i.imgur.com/nOKJuxC.jpg

Can you tell me which file(s) I need to edit in order to output the HTML?
