    Hello,

    I recently updated to a much never version of Enfold from 2.92. I am now on 3.3 I believe. I did the update via FTP. I have noticed that my layerslider is no longer showing up. Is there a way to fix this or perhaps something that I am missing?

    can you provide us admin access so we can take a deeper look into it? post login details here as private reply? is your layer slider supposed to show up on the link you have provided?

    Try to deactivate all plugins to see if there is a conflict.

    When I tried to log into your website site I got an invalid password error message.

    Also please note that replying to your own thread multiple times restarts it’s position in the queue.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the details, they work now. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict? Especially the caching plugin which is a bad idea to use at all when updating/testing.

    Hey Guys,

    Thanks. I have already tried deactivating plugins. So far, that hasnt fixed the issue. I even went and purchased the standalone version of layer slider, which I have not installed.

    Any ideas?

    Yes. Please feel free to disable all plug-ins. I mentioned that I’d already disabled them for a time to test and it did not solve the problem.

    Still not sure what’s causing the slider not to work, could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
