Second Menu

Is it possible to display a second (submenu) under the main header menu when you are on certain pages? So, for example, most pages of my site shows a main nav menu with one of the options being ‘products’ and a mega menu dropdown of ‘desks, chairs, files, tables, floors’ that shows up when you mouse over the products link. When a user clicks ‘desks’ and goes to that page, I’d like to display the other product categories (currently the submenu of products) in a second menu under that main nav (so they are visible and don’t require going back to mouse over products again). Ideally, it would be a custom menu that I could specify show up on select pages. Does this make sense?
