    Hi there :-)

    I am working on my new site in a test environment using Enfold Child. I just updated to WP 4.3 and Enfold 3.3.1 and I am experiencing a problem with LayerSlider (version 5.5.0 bundled with the theme).

    When checking the sliders in the tool (function “enter preview”), everything looks fine, but when looking at the same slider on a published page I experience the following:
    1) transition effects from one slide to another are OK
    2) transition effects between layers are working on the first slide, the first time it is shown (setting on Slider Setting/ Slideshow/ Animated Starting Slide = ON)
    3) transition effects between layers are neither working on the second slide, or on subsequent views of the first slide.

    I did not change any settings in the slider. After checking that the slider preview was Ok, I saved the slider again. WP cache is turned off. I also emptied the cache of the browsers (I tried different ones, same experience). The problem is also occurring with the pre-installed enfold slider (i.e. “Enfold – Most beautiful theme ever”).

    Any clue?

    Hey Flavio!

    It’s most likely a problem with the transition values / settings you have set. I would try creating a new slider and start off with one slide and keep adding your content and checking it on the front end until you find the problem.

    Well well…It could be that I didn’t express myself clearly enough ;-)

    Let me highlight again:
    1) everything was working before the upgrade and I didn’t change any transition values/ settings
    2) my slider works perfectly from within LayerSlider
    3) the same problem occurred with your demo slider!!! I.e. we may safely assume that your own demo slider is configured properly, right?

    Your suggestion didn’t seem very well founded… I took the liberty to disregard it ;-)

    What I did instead was the following: I started checking all settings of WP SuperCache… and since this didn’t work, I started deactivating all our plugins… bingo! One of the plugins conflicted with LayerSlider, so we can close the case here, and I’ll move forward trying to find out how to solve the conflict.
