If you plan on using it for 2 sites then you will need 2 licenses. I don’t think it will be a problem if you plan on having it up for a couple of days while your transitioning but it would be best to contact themeforest support to be sure.

I have some older template I had bought some time ago, which I will use for http://www.milansangeet.com.
I think I shall complete the making of new site for http://www.milansangeet.com this week.
