Dear Enfold team,
We updated theme yesterday (I think) to 3.3.1.
We tried to update WordPress to a 4.3 version but it wont update and showing “Welcome to WordPress 4.2.4” after unsuccessfull update.Problems that we encountered:
– Posts are not shown in editor (we are posting without using Avia builder).
– Pages that we created using Avia builder are shown in WordPress panel including text but when we click to edit text nothing is showt – field is blank.
– When we click to enter Text editor instead of Visual editor in WordPress nothing happens.
– There is no option to add featured image to posts but fields for inserting excerpt, meta description and keywords are working fine.
– When we go to comments tab, there are no options for Approve, Trash…When viewing site everything is shown regular without problems, problem is in WordPress panel.
Do you think it is problem with WordPress or theme? We are fully satisfied with your support about earlier issues. We have some problems with our hosting company and want to change to another. If you could suggest which company you think is the best and the most profesional in this area, we will appreciate if you help us decide.
Thanks in advance.

August 24, 2015 at 3:00 pm #492249Hi Milorad!
Update to the newest version, 3.3.2, and it should fix the editor issues.
Make sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.
Cheers!

August 25, 2015 at 7:47 am #492657Hi,
There’s something not right with your installation of WordPress, when going to posts for instance the usual editing options are not available under the posts. Could you try reinstalling WordPress to see if that helps? If not, do we have permission to deactivate plugins for testing purposes?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 25, 2015 at 9:54 am #492722Hi Rikard,
My host is not giving me FTP access so everything I wont, must do from WordPress user interface.
I have updated WordPress to 4.3 and my host said that everything is Ok and WordPress is trully updated, but in WordPress panel I still can see that there is message to update to 4.3.You can try deactivating plugins for testing purpose.
Thanks,

August 26, 2015 at 6:30 am #493307Hi,
Ok, could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Regards,
Rikard -
