    Hi

I have an issue with cropped images in the portfolio.

We display our team members as portfolio in the about us section of our website http://www.stimmt.ch/ueber-uns/wer-wir-sind/ This works as expected.

Whenever we open up single items directly via URL, ( http://www.stimmt.ch/portfolio-item/glenn-oberholzer-partner/ ) the image is cropped. How can we change the template to display the images in full size?

    Thanks,
    Lukas

    Hi lkarrer!

What media element are you using to display the team member picture on the portfolio page?

    Cheers!

    Hi Dake

Thanks for your follow up. We are using:

    Portfolio Raster

This element will stretch across the whole screen by default.
If you put it inside a color section or column it will only take up the available space

Currently: | Adjust to content width |

    Hey!

    Thanks for the update :)

May we have temporary access to your website so we can take a closer look?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

You can use any address you like, all we need is a username and password. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Thanks,

sure. BTW, I just updated to the most recent version version of the theme (3.3.2) to rule out any known bugs.

    Hi!

First, please try disabling all of your plugins to see if there is a conflict.

Afterwards, please remove then reinsert each featured image.

Once that is done you will be able to add an image manually via the visual/advanced layout editor area:

    Best regards,

    Hi Dake

    Thanks for your help.

Disabled ALL Plugins, reloaded the page -> same issue.
Deleted and reinserted the featured image -> no change.

Inserted the image in the layout area: now the image is doubled :-(

    See http://www.stimmt.ch/portfolio-item/glenn-oberholzer-partner/

    What else can I do?

    Thanks, Lukas

    Hi!

did you clear browser cache and hard refreshed a few times after deactivating all plugins? maybe it’s just a caching issue. If that does not help there might be some corrupted files. In this case you need to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

    Cheers!

    Hi Andy

    Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately, this did not help. I again deactivated ALL our plugins und visited the site with a browser where deleted cache und cookies. Same result.

I then deleted the enfold folder in wp-content/plugins and replaced it with a fresh version downloaded from theme forest. Deleted browser history und reloaded the page.

    Again, no change.

I am getting desperate on this issue. Is there any way I can get more support (I am willing to pay for your effort of course.)

    Thanks
    Lukas

    Hey!

wp-content/plugins is the wrong place to delete theme files. Instead files in wp-content/themes/enfold should be deleted completely before getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

Feel free to hire a freelancer here: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

    Cheers!
