Hi, can you tell me why my site redirect “www.xxxx.com” to “xxxx.com”. I would like it not to do this. My hosting service told me this was internal, and that both addresses are pointed at the site.

Try deleting your .htaccess file and then refresh your permalinks in Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.

.htaccess file is on the root of your WordPress installation. Please make sure to choose to display hidden files – http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/why-you-cant-find-htaccess-file-on-your-wordpress-site/
