Guys,
A fantastic theme, but having read your threads the latest update should fix videos being displayed on mobile devices – but it is not.
Can you please advise what we need to do to fix this issue.

Videos added on sliders are disabled on mobile devices by default. That’s why you need to add a fall back image.

Unfortunately, no, because the video auto play feature is disabled on most mobile devices to save bandwidth and improve performance. What you can do is to add another video element then use css media queries to toggle the display on different screen sizes:
