Enfold Gallery

Hi,
I would like to make a gallery in Enfold, e.g. like that ones: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shortcodes/gallery/

I read, that it is possible to create a gallery with the build-in WordPress Gallery-Function. I take it that after creating that, I have to choose a ‘template’ or something at the drop-down ‘size’. Unfortunately, when I choose some size, everything looks the same. Where can I set a different appearance?

Is there also a possibility to use the normal WordPress Gallery appearance? It would be okay for me at all ..
