    Hi,

    I have a problem with Avia Layout Builder in Enfold Theme. When someone registers to the blog, the mail he receives includes shortcodes and codes and this makes the mail not readable. When I contact the support , they send me the following reply;

    “Hi there,
    That’s coming from Avia Layout Builder.
    As we don’t have a way to translate their shortcodes, and they aren’t executing the shortcodes for our email, it just comes through as the raw shortcodes.
    I recommend contacting the folks behind Avia Layout Builder about this, as they may have a way to execute the shortcodes for the email.”

    So can you help me how to solve this problem ? Or is there any plugin for blog subscription you can suggest that works without problem with Avia and Enfold ?

    What plugin you are using for the emails, and how do you include any shortcodes to the emails, through our builder?

    I do not know how, I used JetPack, when I contact them thats what they told me :) Here is the screenshot of the mail;

    Hi!

    This is expected as that’s the real content of the Posts, one thing you can do is:
    1. Set a custom excerpt for the Posts.
    2. Go to Settings > Reading in your dashboard and change your Feed Settings to “Summary”.

    That way the content sent in the mail feed will be the excerpt and not the whole post.
