Hello,
After making a selection in the WooCommerce Layered Nav Filter on the Shop page, I am unable to clear it by clicking the x for some reason.
This used to work, no idea why it stopped.
Any suggestions?August 14, 2015 at 4:12 pm #487822Hi splashmediallc!
Your site is timing out for me. Contact your hosting provider to see if everything is ok.
Be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.
Cheers!
ElliottAugust 14, 2015 at 9:53 pm #488021Sorry about that– has taken me all day to get that (mostly) resolved. This problem, however, still exists. You should be able to see it now.

August 17, 2015 at 10:50 am #488751Hey!
about which x are you talking about? can’t see what you mean. Maybe screenshots would help? you can use imgur.com or dropbox to make things clear for us.
Best regards,
AndyAugust 25, 2015 at 10:39 pm #493241When an item in the filters on the top left side of the shop page is selected, an X appears. So if you click the top filter, When I was setting up the site and testing, the X could be clicked and it would clear the selection and the page would update.
Now I cannot clear the filter by clicking the X– when I click, nothing happens. The only way to clear the selection is to click Shop in the nav.
Sharing the link to a marked screenshot privately.
Thanks!
August 26, 2015 at 12:04 pm #493472Hi!
I’m not sure if you have the latest version of the theme, 3.3.2. If you don’t have the latest version, please upgrade the theme. I tested this on my installation and filters are working OK. The x symbol should redirect you to the shop url, removing the filter.

IsmaelSeptember 2, 2015 at 8:18 pm #497359Hey Ismael,
I am running 3.3.2, but clicking the x still does not redirect to the shop URL as it should. A friend has confirmed he also sees the problem– it happens in Firefox, Chrome and Edge.
Hovering over the x after the filter has been selected shows the same code that triggers the filter.
Any ideas?
Thanks!September 4, 2015 at 11:20 am #498237Hey!
The href attribute of the chosen product attribute is empty. Did you add any modifications in the theme (functions.php etc.)? Please post the login details here, we would like to check it.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 4, 2015 at 3:05 pm #498422Hi Ismael,
I have added only one function modification to the child theme related to a plugin that should not have affected this issue. It can be deleted if needed.
Login details are below.
Thank you for your help!
September 7, 2015 at 3:51 pm #499304Hi!
I can’t access your Dashboard, as I get redirected every time to “Error 404 – page not found”. Is there any security (plugin) preventing access?
Please deactivate all other plugins but WooCommerce. Make sure to use newest WordPress, theme and WooCommerce versions. Contact WooCommerce support as well, as they know their plugin best.Regards,

September 8, 2015 at 5:22 am #499650Hey!
I can’t seem to access some of the panels in the dashboard ( ex: Appearance > Themes, Appearance > Editor ). It redirects me to a 404 page. And the sessions expired after a minute. I have to login back again. Please try to deactivate all plugins (except woocommerce) especially the cache plugin then test the shop page again. Make sure you’re not looking on a cached version of the page.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 8, 2015 at 8:55 pm #500095Hi Ismael,
So sorry about the difficulty accessing the site! Not sure what is causing the problem, but maybe it has to do with the site running on Cloudflare Flexible SSL?
I have narrowed the problem down to something involving the Yoast Woocommerce SEO plugin – if I deactivate that, filters can again be cleared.
I have opened a ticket with Yoast. If I need further assistance from Team Kriesi, I will add a comment and let you know.
Thank you very much for your help so far.

There is a bug report open with Yoast for this issue, posting the link here in case others have this same problem: https://github.com/Yoast/wpseo-woocommerce/issues/64
