    Hi

I’m building a website for a client using your amazing Enfold theme. I’m running a child theme and have installed the WPML plugin to translate sections of the site into German and English (the base language is Danish).

Everything seems to work fine but when clicking an EN og DE flag icon all my child theme changes are overruled by the base theme. It’s like the site jumps to the base theme when viewing the German or English pages.

Fx: I’ve installed a custom font (I call it from the child theme functions.php) – but on German or English pages it’s overruled by the base theme standard font.

Perhaps I’ve wrote my function wrong? Perhaps I missed something in the WPML settings.

Can I ask you to take a look and maybe help?

    Best regards,

    Kristian Kokholm

well have a look here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-configuration-in-defferent-languages-using-enfold/

on my comment i suggested that it might be possible to export/import Settingsfile to the other languages

this is for me a feature and not a bug – because i often have customers who wants to have different colors or fonts for the different languages (even other logos)

so what to do best is style your site first completely in one language and than transfer this “danish”-Settingsfile to your computer
change the language – and import the danish-settingsfile to the german options etc.

    Brilliant! That worked!
Thank you so much for your very quick and precise response!
