    When I set an External URL for portfolio items and then display the portfolio items from a specific category on a page in a portfolio grid the specified external URLs appear when hovering over the featured images and lead me where I am expecting. All good. But, when I display portfolio items of a specific category in a post slider, the external URLs seem to be eliminated. Instead of leading to the desired external URL, I am sent to the portfolio item page …/portfolio-item/name-here/

    Is there something I can do to ensure the external URLs remain active when displaying the portfolio items in a post slider?

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The “Overwrite Portfolio Link setting” will only work for the portfolio grid element. If you want to add external links on the post slider, create a post then set the post format to “Link”.
