Hi there, (non techie/non programmer here).

Just wondering why I update my advanced layer slider in the admin but it’s not updating properly on the page?

(should be showing the 6 slide slider that I chose from my dashboard – added new myself and it’s showing on the “page elements” as the proper one uploaded). Even the preview isn’t showing the properly updated one.

Grr – any suggestions?

you are using an outdated version of the theme. Please update to Enfold v3.2.3.

Thanks Andy,

If I update to the newer version – do I lose any content/page structures or things like that? (might be a stupid question but I put so much time and effort in that I don’t want to delete any content or pages, etc).

No your content is safe. But please always do a backup before updating, you never know!

Is there a quick tip on how to back up all of my content?

and then how to update Enfold?

If you have any screenshots or even quick tips on where to find this in my dashboard.
