    Hi. My site is dev.arvidsons.com. I have two problems with the contact form. If you could please help, that would be so appreciated.

    1. When testing all of the contact forms, we don’t get a notice of the response. We tested this several ways: one test was only email addresses with the @arvidsons.com – the got no notice of the contact. When we tested with a neutral email address (not our domain) as the person to receive the notice, they got it. When we tested with the same neutral address and one of our @arvidsons.com addresses, no one got the notice from the contact form.
    2. When testing the form, when we changed out who got the responses to be someone without our domain name, they got the notice, but the subject line was not included.

    Hi,
    Okay. I did step number 3. I got the notification that someone had signed up on the contact form. I did not, however, get a subject line. The subject line was just called “test”. Also – the email came to me from (Email address hidden if logged out) .

    I used my personal email to request contact, and I did NOT receive an email from the company.
    Thoughts?

    Hey!

    Enfold does not use any special contact form, but the standard WordPress contact form and if it does not work I would ask in the general WordPress forum. However, please upgrade to the newest theme version Enfold v3.2.3.
