    Managing galleries with 100+ photos is very tedious. I can rename and drag one at a time. Would be FAR easier to have options for sorting photos by name or modified date and also to be able to select more than one when re-arranging. today I lost my internet connection while uploading 300+ photos and now it is just a big mess that is unruly to deal with.

    Any tips on better photo management appreciated.

    Hi cnovey,

    I have several sites that are image heavy and selected images are only for certain parts of the site. I use a plugin called WP Media Folder

    Might be worth a look.
