Hi – long shot but …
I’m trying to use the standard full width button (or any button for that matter) to open a hidden div below it – single accordian style.

If you enable this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and add a class for the button and div element you should be able to use jQuery toggle to open/close the element: http://www.w3schools.com/jquery/eff_toggle.asp
