Hi team, after updating to the latest version of Enfold 3.2.3 the backup plugin I have been using for all my websites, ‘BackUpWordPress’ by Human Made, is no longer backing up files and seems to be timing out. The reason I know it has to do with Enfold is I have deactivated all other plugins and switched the theme to a default one, only for the backup process to complete successfully.
Any ideas on why this might be happening and is there a fix? Perhaps there is a preferred backup plugin that plays nicely with Enfold that you could suggest?

We’re experiencing problems with Updraft plus and Enfold now. The plug in is showing jquery and or js errors and the tabs within the settings area are not working. We have deactivated all the plug ins but updraft and the problem continues to persist. Any idea what’s going on?Hi,
@Eric I have personally used updraft without any issue. A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for the error you are seeing.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test. If the above does not help please create a new ticket and provide us the wordpress login details with permission to deactivate any plugins.

VinayThanks Vinay, as per my initial post we did deactivate all the plugins (which are all updated). We also have the latest versions of wordpress and enfold running. Quite the mystery. I’ll start a new ticket. Thanks!
