All my pages in my Enfold site begin at the top of the browser window. See here: http://www.paradisechild.com/thekidsand-plumpynut/
For some reason a few have decided to begin about 1/4 inch down the page showing the grey background at the top. See here: http://www.paradisechild.com/books/
How can I get those few pages back to the top of the window??

It looks like your using Enfold 1.3.1. You’ll need to update to the latest version, 3.2.3. See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.

I’ve realized that I’ve needed to update for some time. I’ve been a little concerned about how updating might affect my site. Can I be assured nothing disastrous will happen?
Hi!
Since you will be updating from a very old version of the theme, you would need to reconfigure some options/elements. Please try creating a testing environment by referring to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and then update the theme there and check if it causes any issues, just to be on the safe side.
