Hi. I found your post describing the same issue (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/drag-and-drop-function-for-reorganizing-gallery-not-functioning/) and after switching from Chrome browser to IE, I was able to drag and drop. My Chrome browser is up to date (Version 44.0.2403.125 m), and so is my WP and Enfold versions.
