it looks like this: http://imgur.com/ZZsaabS and when you sent the message it looks like this: http://imgur.com/Xl7vsfL Only the title stays but there is no “SUCSESSFULLY SENT” message.
Here it works perfect: http://www.alfaweb.at/testwaldi/dein-vorschlag/ Before http://imgur.com/oSF0An9 and after sending: http://i.imgur.com/ilGXZwN.jpg with correct message.
Can you help me to fix this please!

did you try to deactivate all plugins? to check if one is causing this issue? If you still have this issue then please send us login details so we can take a deeper look into it. Did you make any customizations on this form? Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily for testing purposes?

AndyYes. it is no problem with the plugins. it is only a problem at this page. it works fine on other pages and without plugins. i worked perfect before the last update.
