    Hello,

    Keep up the great work you guys. Enfold is incredible. My apologies, I am a designer, not a coder.
    Here is my issue: On iPad I am having problems. Site appears broken sometimes:

    • Sliders are not loading quite often, especially if you leave the site open in a tab and then go back to the tab. All sliders are gone leaving big holes?
    • accordion slider, google maps often doesn’t load, and header items stop loading. Sometimes if I go clear the cache, Hard power off it works. Sometimes I can’t make it work at all?
    • Mega menu stays open and breaks the page by leaving all of the menu items exposed?
    • sometimes it will tile an image over the entire site.

    Is there a way to do a “clean save” of my build because it seems like it is hanging on to “old code”.

    Hi Jeffery,

    I tried logging in but the details don’t seem to work? Please make sure that you turn any caching off on the site and clear the cache from the browser you are viewing it from, I think that is the best advice I can offer on getting away from cached results.

    The back button issue is a known bug in Safari and we are working on fixing that, please bare with us a bit on that since we still haven’t found the cause of it.

    Hello,

    This problem on iPad has me a little concerned. I am unable to get any of the sliders to load? Hmmm by turning off site caching do you mean cache plug-ins, because I have none? I have cleared all cache in safari, powered down and rebooted and I am still unable to get my site to load without big holes where the sliders are.

    This problem occurred intermittently before but it seems since I have updated my software recently it has gotten considerably worse. Something Apple has done on their most recent release has really messed up the site? A lot of people use iPad as their link to the Internet. This is making me look a little… Unprofessional. :) not sure what to do?

    Hi,

    Could you try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps?
