Hi there,
I’ve a problem with the social icons on my Enfold website in Internet Explorer. The social icons-link is working but I don’t see the icons. And in the iconlist there are a few icons ‘blanc’ and a few with chinese characters. Also the white arrows when scrolling on a page don’t show.
I had the same problem in Firefox, but that was solved with changing the .htaccess file as described in your support file about enabling CORS.
But what do I have to do for IE? I’m a very beginner to WordPress so please explain in very simple language. ;-)
Thanks
Hey carmendebruijn!
I asked my teammates to check your website on IE11.
In the meantime, Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi Yigit,
In the meantime the problem is solved. I can see all icons properly now.
I’ve increased the allocated memory anyway, as you described.
Thanks!
Best regards,
Carmen
