Hi there,
On the page OVER ONS on the development site for Kijk Haar! there seems to be an issue with the lay-out in the content section ONS TEAM.
NOTE: probably as from tomorrow the site will go live and this page can be reached though a new link!
I created a section and entered (12 x) 1/4 columns, each in which I inserted one teammember. When you look at it on a portrait size table (768x1024px) the positioning of the columns looks very strange. Some coloumns are shown smaller than the others and this looks very ‘messy’.
What happend here and what can I do to solve this?
Btw a general question: are these kind of questions in topics being taken into consideration for future updates of the theme. I encountered a couple of them lately and I am just wondering…
Thanks & regards,
MoniqueJuly 30, 2015 at 4:49 pm #480775That is funny. I tried to see what would happen if I created 3 content sections for each row (4 team mebers each) and that even looked worse.
Than I put all columns back in one content section and the problem suddenly dissapeared. It now looks good on tablet too.
Happy but surprised…
I still would like to receive an answer to my last question about theme lay-out issues.
Sometimes strange things seem to happen. I just noticed that a <h2> as special header in a grid on page Trainingstraject is 20 px large and on Help mee! (which has exactly the same lay-out) it is 28 px large. How can that happen?
July 30, 2015 at 7:20 pm #480864Hey!
Glad you could get your first issue sorted on your end :)
As for the remaining issues, do you have a link to the thread you asked those 2 questions in?
Cheers!

Yes, me too :-)
The issue of the <h2> font size I hadn’t mentioned yet in another topic before. However, also for the same website I had some other issues, see:
- https://kriesi.at/support/topic/issue-with-layout-testimonials-on-tablet/
In the end this client accepted different lay-outs and that solved the issues for this website, but I guess when you offer these kind of lay-outs, that they should work fine!?
My question therefore was about if these kind of issues are being taken into consideration when the theme is going to be updated again?
Best regards,
MoniqueAugust 3, 2015 at 4:33 am #481850Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure what the problem was with the special headers but you can set both markup (h1-h6) and font size, so a difference in size is most likely just different settings for the elements. Please let us know if we can help you out further on the topic.

RikardAugust 3, 2015 at 12:52 pm #482053Hi Rikard,
No problem.
Both pages were build exactly the same way: grid section (after an easy slider full width) > a 1/3 and a 2/3 column > special header in both columns set to H2 standard style with line. However on the page Trainingstraject both headers are shown in font size 20 px and on the page Help mee! both headers are shown in font size 28 px.
I don’t get that…!?

MoniqueAugust 4, 2015 at 1:33 pm #482656Hi,
That CSS seems to be coming from your Quick CSS but it’s strange that it’s not affecting your other page, you can fix the issue by adding this to Quick CSS though:
.page-id-200 h2.av-special-heading-tag { font-size: 28px !important; }
Best regards,
RikardOctober 21, 2015 at 6:02 pm #522413Hi Rikard,
I fixed this by using the advanced styling in the theme options and set the H2 to a fixed 20px.
You can consider this topic as solved.
Thanks & best regards,
