    Hi,
    As it’s difficult to add a fullscreen LayerSlider, I purchased the Revolution Slider plugin.
    Looks nice, but now there is a blank space between the top of the screen and the image (if I set the header as transparent), or a blank space between the header and the image (if I set the header as normal)
    Could you help please?

    You should add Revolution Slider under Plugin Addition tab of Advanced Layout Builder – http://i.imgur.com/qfDwkxp.png
