    Hello,

    So our WP was upgraded to 4.2.3 and certain text that was created using the pagebuilder is not showing up anymore.

    We then updated the enfold theme to 3.2.3 and I am still seeing the same issue.

    (There should be text under each of the bold heading with a question mark)

    Any help would be greatly appreciated as we have this issue on many of our most important pages.

    I almoste had the similar issue. Enfold provided me with the following sollution and it worked:

    Clearing your browser cache and restarting or just simply reloading the page should fix that.

    Hopefully it will work for you too. I did checked your website, and everyting is showing.

    Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have cleared the following caches before submitting a ticket and still see the issue:

    -Reset modem
    -Cleared DNS and CDN cache on the site
    -Cleared browser cache
    -forced refresh

    The pages look like they are OK, but they are missing text under the questions that should be there. You can see there is no answer to the questions.

    This issue has been there for a few days. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Enfold Team – Any insight into why this issue happened and how to prevent it in the future is much appreciated as it effectively broke our whole site for 4 days. Details on how our developer ended up fixing it in the private content section. Would love you help understanding:

    1. Why this happend after the WordPress 4.2.3 update
    2. How we can avoid it in the future
