Enfold theme slows down my site

Hey,

I switched my site from other theme to Enfold recently. I used the same contents of my old theme for Enfold. But after I finished all the setting, and tested my site with Google PageSpeed Insight, my site speed slow down from 91/100 to 77/100. When I checked the suggestions, the biggest problem shown on the report is about Enfold theme: “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content, Your page has 16 blocking script resources and 17 blocking CSS resources. This causes a delay in rendering your page.” (here is my site: http://www.linortek.com). I have no code experience and don’t know how to fix this to recover my site speed to my previous speed (91/100). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
