Hello,
When we try to checkout one product, the payment options are like grayed out, and the proceed button is not enabled.
How can we solve that?

RikardHello, I already solved the problem, it was related to using a wrong hook in functions.php, we were using
admin_initinstead ofadmin_menu, I found the solution here: http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/185898/cannot-load-media-and-i-get-php-warning-invalid-argument-supplied-for-foreach
