    Hey!

    We do not all share the same IP address, so we can be able to help you.
    You either deactivate the security plugin or nothing else we can do.

    Please ask your hosting provider also to check the SMTP of the server most probably something wrong with the email function.

    I was able reproduce the problem.
    It has to be with something with the character used with headers and/or fields.
    Could you check with the link to search for any character which might causing the form to miss fields?
