    Help!
    I’m not technical at all… my Avia layout builder in Enfold isn’t working, so I am unable to update my site :-(
    Everything is up to date… not sure how to fix.

    Hi Blue_Box_Design!

    You have Enfold installed twice on your installation and they are both very old versions. Please remove one and then update the theme to the latest version 3.2.3 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi Yigit,
    Thanks for your speedy reply.
    I have deleted one of the themes and followed the update instructions, but it keeps saying that I’m up to date even though I’m on 3.0.8 and not 3.2.3 as you have said… I’m confused. Sorry but I still can’t get it to work.
    Please can you help me again.

    Hi!

    Please try updating the theme manually via FTP and then make sure that your API key is correct.

    Hi,
    I’m pretty sure the API is correct as I cut and paste it from the original purchase file, but I haven’t a clue how to manually update via FTP… sorry… I’m a typical designer!!! lol

    Hey Caroline :)

    You can find video tutorial here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ under “Update manually via FTP”.
    If your API key is correct, you should receive auto updates after manually updating the theme to the latest version :)

    Hi,
    I got a friend to test it out on their server (?) and the update works great.
    So I’ll sort my hosting next and hopefully it’ll all work again!
