    Hi,

    at the website http://www.rad-touren.at the layerslider WP loads the images distorted, only at the first time. At the second pass the images where loaded right. I saw that at the first time the image-height is the same as the image-width. At the second pass the image-height is right.

    I changed the slider-settings, buthing nothing changed. I deleted the cache and filled the cache again – nothing changed. I deactived js-minimizing and cleared und filled the cache again – nothing changed.

    Have you any idea, what the reason can be? And how I can solve this problem?

    Did you add this image as layers? Go to the Styles panel then set the width and height to 100%.

    Hi,

    I am having a similar issue, didn’t want to create unnecessarily a new topic.

    I put up the custom images on the layerslider and I put the width as auto and height as say 50% or 65% and so on, it showed perfectly on the preview, but its messing it up on the main frontpage.

    I checked the LayerSlider documentation also, and they are claiming it could possibly be some jquery script regarding preloading images or something. Not sure what that is or how to disable it.

    Can you please help me with this. Thanks.

    Ok, I figured it out, if you use % in either width or height under “Layout & Position” in the “Styles” option for the image it messes it up completely for some reason.

    Whereas, if you use the exact “px” value which you require for the height or width and set the other to “auto” you’re sorted.

    I’ve tested it in various mobile devices as well and it worked for me.

    HI,

    I added the images as background-image. and the text as layer.

    Due to the hint of ankushthor I set in the slider-settings the width as auto and the height with 520 px, before the width was set as 100%. But nothing changed.

    The problem seems to be since the las upgrade.The enfold version is the latest.

    Hi Ismeal,

    thank you for your hint. I deactived wp-rocket and the images was loaded right. I activated wp-rocket again and changed the settings for the loading of images. Now the images are loaded right.

    I changed the following setting:

    Go to Wp-rocket -> Settings

    the first setting is for “Lazyload”: Deactivate the checkbox for images
