Hi
I have a problem with the integrated facebook widget…
After Facebook released the new social API, the widget is too small…max 500px as the official application. There is a way to resolve it?
Thanks
July 22, 2015 at 5:34 am #476853Hey DavideModigliani!
Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please? Also, how do you want it to look? A screenshot highlighting what you want to achieve would help.
Best regards,
RikardJuly 22, 2015 at 9:51 am #476943Yes, i paste the link in private content
as you can see in the footer , the first is offficial plugin, a bit of time ago the widget was full width, now the max width is 500px, the second is enfold facebook widget and that is the maximum widthJuly 23, 2015 at 3:17 am #477456Hi!
You have a very old version of the theme, 2.8.1. Please update the theme to version 3.2.2. The update should fix the issue.
Cheers!
IsmaelJuly 29, 2015 at 2:38 pm #480246Hi
The problem is not the theme version.
This is a test project, it has installed the latest version of WP and the theme ( 3.2.3 ) .
As you can see, the Enfold Facebook Widget, which should be full- widht , remains very smallThanks

August 3, 2015 at 6:47 am #481893Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. I’m actually not too familiar with the new version of the Facebook widget but it seems to be set to 300px and if you set it to a larger size the header image will not follow, so it doesn’t look very good. If you want to have a transparent background to the widget though you can add the following to Quick CSS:
.av_facebook_widget_wrap { background-color: transparent !important; }
Thanks,

The background is not a problem, so, at the moment there isn’t a solution for the enfold facebook widget…
Thnaks
August 4, 2015 at 6:34 am #482507Hi,
It’s unfortunately up to Facebook to to decide on the design and setup of the code they provide, if they set it to 300px there’s not much else to do than to try and make the best out of it. I think that widget is meant to be displayed in the footer in a multi column setup, not as full width.
Thanks,
RikardOctober 7, 2015 at 7:08 am #514940Hello, somebody with a solution for the problem with Facebook Like box width?
October 7, 2015 at 10:29 am #515069I think that there isn’t a solution because Facebook don’t permit to expand width of the box

It does the job.
