Hello,
I’ve contacted my webhost to troubleshoot issues with WordPress editor. After a series of attempted fixes he advised I contact the developer of the theme, Enfold. The theme is up-to-date with the most recent version although, I’ve had problems for months. The editor never loads and adding new images to the media library doesn’t work. We lost header images across the entire site last week. (Thankfully, it has failed gracefully.)
Here is a screengrab of the WordPress editor that won’t load: http://collabshot.com/show/B7UixX
Our webhost installed a new theme and the editor, while basic, it loaded. He reinstalled Enfold and the editor did not load.
Please advise next steps.July 20, 2015 at 5:39 pm #475982Hey 5Mstudios!
You are using a very old version of Enfold. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.2.3 preferably via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
There are many new features on the theme, you can check out the highlighted ones on our blog – http://kriesi.at/blog
You may need to reconfigure some elements/options such as header – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-header-configurator/Best regards,
YigitJuly 20, 2015 at 9:44 pm #476154Hi, my editor looks the same in Chrome, but works ok in Firefox. It was working ok, then I updated the theme from 3.08 to 3.2.3. After that update, Chrome can no longer edit the pages. I have debug turned on, so I can see the content of the page, but not in the Advanced Layout Editor.

Please try to empty your browser cache and restart, a simple reload of the page could help as well.
Best regards,
