In the restaurant demo, what module is used for this?
Hey kardemomme!
Just regular layout elements like color sections, 1/5, 3/5 and 1/2. The menus are Catalogue items.

It is a Catalogue element. To make sure that you installation has all the new features, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 3.2.3 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
