    Hi Supportteam,

    I recognized a problem called recv failure: connecting reset by peer?! in the wordpress dashboard.
    I updated the latest version of enfold but the error is still there.

    Here is the error message:

    Hey amannr!

    It doesn’t sound like a theme issue. Does it happen when the default theme is activated?

    Let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.

    2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    If your still having trouble after doing the above two steps then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    I deactivated all plugins and I deleted Enfold and uploaded it again.
    But the problem is still there.

    So my question is what kind of User do you need for the WordPress Backend?
    Do you need full administrator rights?

    Thanks for the logins, they’re all working. I can’t see the error message you are referring to though and the screenshot you posted is not available, could you try to post it again or explain a bit further please?
