    Hi there,
    I’ve just recently installed WordPress and added the Enfold theme. I’m not able to see the visual editor at all (in fact, I’ve never been able to see it) – its not there for posts or pages.

    Can you let me know what I’m doing wrong? I’ve tried a hard refresh; have renamed and re-uploaded the theme; tried to disable the plugins on there (very few); tried different browsers with no luck.

    Site is in initial build stage with very little content, though I’m reluctant to add much more until this is sorted.

    Hey!

    You are currently using a very old version of Enfold. Please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 3.2.3 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi there,

    I’ve updated to version 3.2.3 but problems remain – when I come to activate the theme I get a server error, and then I’m locked out of WP entirely. Have had to switch to a pre-installed theme via a workaround in order to still access the site.

    I’ve tried this process a couple of times – getting very frustrated I must say.

    Any advice?

    Hi!

    that’s weird. Maybe there are some corrupted files and in this case we suggest to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Hope this will help and let us know about your results.

    Ich hab das gleiche Problem… der Avia Builder macht nix mehr. Die Seiten lassen sich noch betrachten, aber ändern kann ich nix mehr. Avia Layout Builder Debug zeigt die Daten an.

    Es wird versucht den Layout Builder zu laden, dann passiert aber nix mehr.

    Sorry, vielleicht liest das jemand auf Deutsch.

    Thanks for getting back to me. Will try this – can you confirm it’s just the Enfold folder under themes that I need to delete? Nothing else lurking somewhere that needs to be got rid of?

    You are right. Delete only all theme files and get a fresh copy from themeforest.

    Bitte eröffne dein eigenes Ticket und schildere dort dein Problem. Versuche alle Theme Daten via FTP zu löschen und dir eine frische Kopie von deinem Themeforest Account zu besorgen, um diese zu installieren. Lass uns in deinem neuen Ticket wissen wie es dir ergeht. Versuche auch alle Plugins zu deaktivieren um zu schauen ob eins dieses Konflikt verursacht. Du kannst in deinem neuen Ticket Admin Zugang posten (private Nachricht), damit wir uns das mal anschauen können.
