    As in title, previews aren’t working both in “all sliders” area and inside each slider.

    I’ve searched the forums and found many topics, but no solution.

    I’ve tried deactivating every plugin, no change. I don’t want to recreate animations from scratch.

    Everything up to date.

    Hi pinzanoaltagl!

    Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.2.3.

    What happens when you create a new slider? Does the preview work there? It’s usually because your using one of the LayerSlider settings in the wrong way or using weird values.

    Hi!

    Go ahead and keep editing the new slider and keep checking the preview as you update it to try and figure out which setting / code your using that is breaking it.

    I’m sorry, but they don’t work after theme update.

    I don’t want to recreate sliders from scratch, I want my old slider to work; even demo sliders don’t work.

    Hey!

    Sounds like something went wrong during an update, could you try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP?

    I’ve uploaded it many times, no change unfortunately!
    Do I need to update layerslider or is it automatically updated by theme itself?

    Hi,

    No it’s bundled with the theme so there is no need for that, I had a look at the layer slider on your front page and it working fine on my end. Could you link to the page where you are having problem please? Also, you are using a caching plugin which is not the best idea when testing, please disable all plugins while testing to be sure none of them are causing a conflict.

    Hi!

    Did you disable all plugins while adding to your slider? One of them could be causing a caching issue.
