    Question one – how to achieve different color scheme, logo, on one web ? The reason is that we have same logo, but different colors for company divisions and of course different underlaying color.

    Question two – when I will solve this in one case with the second wordpress installation in the same database – can I use the same enfold license ? The first enfold is in http://www.altei.cz and the second should be in http://www.altei.cz/apogeedigital/

    Hey altei!

    Yes you can use the same license, as it is the same domain.
    Now regarding the logo and the colo scheme, you would need to somehow work with the custom CSS to be different on every page, but that would require a lot of custom modifications, and what is your php / CSS lvl? Can you do those alone?
