Hi,
As the subject title suggests. Could you please have a look at this for me?
Thanks
July 13, 2015 at 2:58 pm #472477Hi benduncalf!
It’s most likely a Woocommerce setting your using wrong. I checked your homepage and added one of the 10 packs to the cart and went through the checkout process but all of the prices looked correct so I assume you figured it out.
If your still having trouble then take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing. It would be best to read over the Woocommerce documentation and contact their support though because it doesn’t feel like a theme issue.

ElliottJuly 13, 2015 at 3:33 pm #472513The bundle prices are fine once they end up in the cart or on the actual product page. Its the overview which is the problem. Have a look at favourites on the home page. This is the problem. Look at WooCommerce documentation it it definitely an issue with the theme.
July 14, 2015 at 1:06 pm #473117Hi!
on the link you have provided and on your shop page I see prices everywhere. I can’t find any free prices at all. Please highlight what you see using screenshots (imgur, dropbox).
Cheers!

July 17, 2015 at 2:10 am #474646Hey!
I checked the “Bundled” page and the price of the products are there. It’s not set as “Free” anymore. Did you fix this?

July 17, 2015 at 7:52 am #474701Hi!
We are doing our best to understand your problem and provide our quality support, so please be patience while we do so.
Even your title explaining the problem, is not enough to understand what is the issue.AS I can see the bunled products, do come as 0.00 of cost, and that is why you get the Free message.
You will have to setup the plugin better, to get the results you want, or try a different direction on the pricing.
If you still deal issues, the best is to contact the plugin author, as we get the values from them inside our template and we ” just ” color them :)Let us know if you have more questions, we would be more than happy to assist you further.
Best regards,
BasilisJuly 17, 2015 at 8:07 am #474710The price for the bundled product is not being pulled through on the overview pages…. as it does with a sale item. I been in touch with WooCommerce and they insist is a query issue with the Enfold theme.
I have seen in other Kriesi forums that this is a common problem, yet the solutions Kriesi staff provide for these other issues don’t work for Enfold or specifically in my case.
Please ask your colleagues for assistance as I cannot afford to wait any longer.
July 17, 2015 at 8:19 am #474714Hey!
Could you please switch to default WordPress theme and let us know how it looks there?
Best regards,
BasilisJuly 17, 2015 at 8:32 pm #475146Just figured that it is the currency convertor plugin which is causing the problems. I think I’ve solved it thanks.
July 18, 2015 at 10:52 am #475245July 20, 2015 at 12:08 pm #475718No it wasn’t sorry. It had something to do with the multi-currency plug in… it was viewing ok in the base currency but showed as free in any other…
I’ve overcome it for now by doing the bundle pricing manually and will sort with the currency plugin people.
Thanks.
Ben
