This theme seems to be giving issues with my hosting. I’m hosting with hostgator and every time I activate the theme I get error messages. They say it’s an issue with the theme.

You need to increase the PHP memory limit for your installation: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
