    I’ve just lost every thing..

    This has happened before and Ive been able to recovery going through revision history.

    It always happens when a ‘random’ element is added, everything below either deletes or/and displayes shortcode text.

    Ive tried using revision but it says Sorry, something went wrong. The requested comparison could not be loaded.
    Everytime i tried again and again the config slowly deletes up the page. now its nothing.
    Ive managed to save some shortcode text.

    This bug also changes my enfold theme settings.. I find some of the general setting colours change etc.. this has happened before too.

    I’m absolutely heartbroken having spent two week on this page and almost complete with a lot of work.

    I’m hoping you guys can help me out and apply some magic to recovery my lost data :)

    OK.. I’ve just somehow managed to retrieve working revisions. However the last hours worth are all corrupt.

    Going forward.. do we know what causes this? Like I say its not the first time.

    It maybe worth noting; it’s happened once before where my update button remains greyed out. So the only workaround without having to reload the page and loose the updates I made is to inspect element using chrome and delete part of the html code so the button can be pressed. It would now show in grey colour. It’s been happening frequently this week.

    Hi!

    Usually when things disappear under a certain element it’s because of unclosed html markup, did you add any markup at all? Please let us know if we can help you out further.

    thanks for the response. Well not infact.. only recently been adding elements from within avia builder. I do have html within, but it’s been there for a while and not cause any issues.

    Well, it’s all working OK at present.
