    I had sent a similar concern a couple of days ago, and thought the problem was isolated to one client, but it happened again today.

    Here’s the problem. Someone fills out my contact form (which is rather lengthy) and it never arrives. And in the Dashboard, there’s no list showing form activity, so there’s no fallback on that.

    I’ve tested the form myself and am getting them in my email. So, the problem isn’t consitant.

    When using GravityForm in my previous website, I hadn’t had this problem. Was wondering if this is happening to others, and/or if there’s a fix for this.

    Ideas?

    I have, yes.
    I’m wondering if the problem is due to Required fields not being completed.
    When one hits the submit button, and if one or more Required fields haven’t been completed, the only prompt that there’s a problem is a 1px red order around the required field. I think to many, they may overlook this and consider the form sent. Is there a way to have bold wording “Required fields have not been completed!” appear as well?
    For now, I’ve placed a warning below the submit button. But, I’m still not sure this is the correct fix.

    That sounds like a good idea. Or at least scrolling to the fields which have not been filled out correctly.
