Hi can you help -something has gone wrong with our templates and we’re getting extra columns appearing at the bottom of the pages. They multiply when we try to delete them.
July 7, 2015 at 5:47 pm #469861Hey ermington!
Your using Enfold 3.1.3. Go ahead and update to the latest version, 3.2.3. You also need to update WordPress.
If your still having problems after doing the updates then try deactivating all plugins and delete / recreate the page.

ElliottJuly 7, 2015 at 6:11 pm #469879Thanks Elliott,
unfortunately it’s affecting most pages – there’s no way I can re-create all of them before my deadline.
Is there a way of updating the theme without losing all of the settings and customisation?
thanksJuly 8, 2015 at 2:27 pm #470284Hey!
you are still using the old version of the theme. At first please upgrade and let us know when you are done and still need help.

If you have edited the files without using a child theme then they will need to be redone after updating.
The theme settings will be saved (unless you have renamed the theme folder) but you can still export them in Dashboard > Enfold > Import/Export just to be sure.

ElliottJuly 20, 2015 at 4:15 pm #475911Hellooooo,
ok so – we’ve created a child theme, turned off plug-ins, updated WordPress and Enfold. But unfortunately the issue still remains – do you have any more ideas on how it can be fixed? Thank youJuly 21, 2015 at 5:36 am #476296Hey!
I had a look at one of the pages and it seems like it’s caused by some unclosed html markup or section. You have some empty elements in the Bedroom Layout page as well? Maybe you could go through the page to see if what can be removed and to check if there are unclosed markup/elements.
Cheers!
RikardJuly 21, 2015 at 10:19 am #476371Hi Rikard, how to I remove the unclosed markup?
Can’t remove it through the advanced editor it just multiplies!! thank youJuly 21, 2015 at 12:09 pm #476406Hey!
Please turn on debugging mode – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ and then try removing it from the field that will appear below Advanced Layout Builder.
