I see there are a lot of new demos for enfold template. If i bought the enfold already with the first look, ¿can i adapt it to any of the new enfold templates like the church template for example? can this templates be download?

Yes, you can simply update Enfold to the latest version 3.2.2 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and go to Enfold theme options > Demo Import and import needed demo :)
