Hello,
is it possible to make the background section transparent, so that is “scrolls” over the other section?

Not really sure I understand. The sections do not overlap each other. Send us a link to that page so we can get a better idea.

ElliottJuly 3, 2015 at 5:05 pm #468164Hello Elliott,
the testimonials should look like here: http://www.steuer-maier.de
In my book this should be a transparent color section.
July 4, 2015 at 9:45 am #468359Hi!
I’m not 100% sure I understand either but you maybe you mean setting your color section background to Fixed or Parallax? You get that option if you add a background image to it.

I would like to shine the background through.
The testimonial scrolls over the the background image. It sticks above the content section with the solid color.

July 5, 2015 at 9:41 am #468499Hi!
I think that should be possible yes but we would need to inspect the elements in question, I checked the domain where you posted the screenshots from but it seems to be under construction? If possible we would need a temporary admin login as well, you can post the details in the private content section of your reply.

July 6, 2015 at 2:24 pm #468928Hey!
I didn’t see any testimonials anywhere so I added one to your empty color section. I think what your wanting to do is use some CSS to give it a slight background so try adding this to your quick css field.
#av_section_2 .entry-content-wrapper { background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.3) none repeat scroll 0 0; }
Cheers!

I’m more looking forward this:

I put “testamonial” as section ID inside of the color section Elliott built and then used this code:
#testamonial { background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.3) none repeat scroll 0 0 !important; }
I hope it looks good to you now.
Cheers!
AndyJuly 7, 2015 at 6:53 pm #469903Thank you Andy. With that the background is grey. I’ve made another picture to demonstrate how it should behave (you could also see this at http://www.steuer-maier.de)
Here’s my pic on my look how this could be achieved
July 8, 2015 at 10:50 am #470114Hi!
it won’t be possible to use only one and the same background image for three different color sections.
However you could turn on custom class fields for all ALB elements to have a little bit more control over the elements.
Let us know when you are done and still need help.

AndyAugust 29, 2015 at 1:38 pm #495311Not really satisfied with my outcome:
Here is what I achieved:
http://www.dr-schauer.com/drschauer2015/ (login see private)It*s about the testamonials, that scroll over the photos.
This would be my goal to include the testamonials:
http://www.steuer-maier.deIs there a way to do this?
In case this can’t be done with Enfold which theme would you recommend to do this?
